📦 INSTADEAL পণ্য ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

আমরা সবসময় চেষ্টা করি যেন আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যটি নিরাপদে এবং সুরক্ষিতভাবে আপনার হাতে পৌঁছে যায়। এজন্যই INSTADEAL-এর সকল পার্সেল ক্লোজড বক্সে ডেলিভারি করা হয়, যাতে পরিবহনের সময় কোনো প্রকার ক্ষতির সম্ভাবনা না থাকে।

🔒 ডেলিভারি ও রিসিভ প্রসেস

• ডেলিভারির সময় আগে পেমেন্ট করে পার্সেল গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

• প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর চেক করার সুযোগ বা রিটার্ন করার ব্যবস্থা ডেলিভারি টাইমে নেই।

• কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির দায়িত্ব শুধুমাত্র পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া, তারা প্রোডাক্ট টেস্ট বা কনফিগার করার দায়িত্বে থাকেন না।

• বিশেষ করে টেক ও ব্যাটারি অপারেটেড পণ্যগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে প্রথমে ৩-৬ ঘণ্টা চার্জ দিয়ে তারপর টেস্ট করা প্রয়োজন। এটি তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের সামনে করা সম্ভব নয়।

🎥 আনবক্সিং ভিডিও বাধ্যতামূলক

• প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির পর আনবক্সিংয়ের সময় ফুল ভিডিও রেকর্ড করুন।

• যদি প্যাকেজে কোন কিছু মিসিং থাকে বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট দেয়া হয়, তাহলে ভিডিও প্রমাণ হিসাবে আমাদের পাঠালে আমরা ইনভেস্টিগেট করে সমাধান করব।

• আমাদের ভুল প্রমাণিত হলে আমরাই সম্পূর্ণ খরচে প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেস করব।

🚚 কোন কুরিয়ারে ডেলিভারি হচ্ছে?

বর্তমানে INSTADEAL শুধুমাত্র "পাঠাও কুরিয়ার" এর মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারি দিচ্ছে।
(সেন্টমার্টিন, টেকনাফের কিছু দুর্গম এলাকা ও কিছু রাস্তাহীন অঞ্চল ছাড়া)

💸 ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ঢাকা সিটি কর্পোরেশন: ৬০ টাকা

• ঢাকার বাইরে ও গ্রাম অঞ্চল: ১২০ টাকা

📍 অনলাইনে পার্সেল ট্র্যাক করবেন কীভাবে?

হ্যাঁ, পাঠাও কুরিয়ারের সব পার্সেল অনলাইনে ট্র্যাক করা যায়।
ডেলিভারির আগেই SMS এর মাধ্যমে ট্র্যাকিং তথ্য পাঠানো হয়।

⏱️ ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২৪-৪৮ ঘণ্টা

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৪৮-৯৬ ঘণ্টা

(প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি ইত্যাদির কারণে সময় কিছুটা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।)

📦 INSTADEAL Parcel Delivery & Return Policy

All parcels ordered from INSTADEAL are delivered in closed boxes to ensure the safety of your ordered product. We make our best effort to protect your item from any unwanted damage during delivery by using secure, closed-box packaging.

💳 Payment & Delivery Terms

• Parcels must be received after advance payment during delivery.

• Products cannot be opened, checked, or returned at the time of delivery. If you do not like the product, there is no option to return or refuse it.

• The delivery company's responsibility is only to deliver the parcel — not to assist with checking or testing the product.

• For most tech or gadget items, especially battery-operated ones, it’s necessary to charge the device for 3 to 6 hours and test it properly. But a courier agent will not wait 2 to 3 hours for this process.

• Some customers may think they can test it with 30 minutes of charge, but that is also not practical, as such devices often require configuration with a mobile phone, which takes additional time and expertise — something a courier agent cannot provide.

• We do not offer instant returns under any circumstances.

🎥 Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

After receiving the product, you must record a full unboxing video at home.
If anything is missing from the package or a wrong item is delivered, you must send us the video as proof. After investigation, we will take appropriate action.
If it is confirmed that the wrong product was delivered from our end, we will replace it at our own cost.

🚚 Which Courier Is Used for Delivery?

Currently, INSTADEAL uses only Pathao Courier to deliver orders across Bangladesh, including rural areas (except for a few remote locations such as Saint Martin’s Island, Teknaf, and areas without accessible roads).

💸 Courier Charges

• Inside Dhaka City Corporation: BDT 60

• All other areas across Bangladesh: BDT 120

🔍 Can I Track My Parcel Online?

Yes, all Pathao Courier parcels can be tracked online.
Customers will receive SMS notifications with delivery updates and tracking details before delivery.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

• Inside Dhaka: Within 24–48 hours of order confirmation

• Outside Dhaka: Within 48–96 hours

However, in special circumstances like natural disasters, floods, political events, or elections, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
